I am an independent business systems consultant, providing services ranging from product selection and project oversight, to business process evaluation or development and system design and implementation.

I have been a consultant for 22 years, working for various small and large consulting organizations, and providing services for companies ranging from private start-ups to publicly traded organizations with an excess of $20B in revenue.

I prefer to work independently, as I care about the work I deliver and the types of clients that I work with. I carefully choose companies that I feel a genuine interest in and that I feel I can build a long term trust with.

My education is in Accounting and I feel that this background paired with my experience offer me an ability to perceive the needs and practicality of solutions across an entire business.

My specific credentials include:

Expertise in Business Systems (i.e., Enterprise Software (ERP), CRM, BI, Financial Reporting, Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Procurement)

All facets of General Accounting and business management (i.e., financial maintenance and evaluation, budget management, financial reporting, departmental assessment, organization structure/management, process evaluation and development, business intelligence, software selection, system design, development and implementation, project/program management, etc.

Work Terms

I work remotely, utilizing current technologies for online meetings and training sessions. I work flexible hours, caring to keep critical systems running, prioritizing payroll and invoicing concerns.

Billing (or pre-billing) is negotiated on a per customer, per project or contract basis. All of my work is billed at actual time.
