I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, NY Certified Peer Specialist for Mental Health, and a NY Certified Recovery Peer Advocate. I work as a Personal and Corporate Wellness Coach.

I worked as a Certified Peer Specialist in the behavioral health field for three years before expanding my knowledge in overall wellness by furthering my education in fitness and nutrition.

Several years ago I was a burned out corporate employee struggling to balance my professional life and personal life. Now I provide support and share the knowledge I've acquired to help others who find themselves with the same struggle(s).
