20 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Executive Administrative Assistant, Mortgage & Title Companies, Commissioned State of VA Notary Public, and Signing Agent. I enjoy exploring challenging opportunities in Customer Service / Sales. I have significant experience selecting, directing and motivating associates while controlling all aspects of operations and expenses. I have strong ability to work independently while interacting with people to evaluate information to develop re-structuring of criticized/classified credits. Additionally, I am exceptionally well suited to conducting orientation and training sessions, performance evaluations and maintaining accurate computerized records and files according to policies and procedures. Excellent organization and planning skills allow me to choose priorities successfully and implement activities tailored to meet specifications and dead-lines. Well developed communication skills enhance my ability to quickly establish effective and persuasive rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Work Terms

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM, weekly pay by direct deposit. The best way to communicate with me is via text of e-mail, however I do not mind phone calls.
