I've worked in several IT positions in the past, from phone agent rep for hardware support & some software support, I've worked in some software only positions too, some of our clients software/applications were Mainframes, Exchange Server 2018 & 2012, Office 365 (both server side working with Microsoft & application side), I've worked implementing new systems & applications for call centers which gave me a little more insight of management, I'm hispanic native I have strong english writing skills and I speak a little french too.
