Work Terms
Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may be subject to interest and fees.
All payments should be made to Santiago montas, and banking information will be provided uppon request.
A deposit of 20% is required before work begins.
Preferred Communication Style:
We prefer to communicate via Email / Phones depending on the nature of the communication.
We will respond to all emails and phone calls within 2 hours during business hours 07:00am to 6:00 pm, M-F.
Meetings should be scheduled in advance and we request that all parties come prepared with an agenda or list of topics to discuss.
