MB People Support is a group of Call Center Agents that worked from different BPO companies that set-up this Office Call Center at the garage of one of its founders. This Customer Service and Telemarketing agents started at the modest number of three (3) persons, which aims to deliver quality customer care and generate great information that the client needs. For over 3 years now we have made our own strategic plans from customer care training, management , coaching , production and reporting to achieve the best possible result for our clients. To date we have different campaigns that have been handled by our seasoned agents. We worked with different types of clients , from small to medium sized companies seeking 2-10 agents set-up for customer care and telemarketing , willing to trust their marketing with us.
We have been in the business for a few years now offering different service from Data Entry, Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Telesales, SEO and many others. We have conducted campaigns in the US, Canada , Australia and Asia for different industries like Financial ( tax reduction, Accounting, Collection and Insurance ), Merchant Services ( cash advance, payday loans, and credit card processing ), and Customer Care for online selling. We have also have B2C campaign like Solar Panels, Home Renovation and Painting, and Real Estate, Organize Events and Sign-up, Telesales for Cable Companies.
We generate an average of two (2) appointments per day for lead generation which you can capture on your recording the clear approval of the customer for either call backs or visit. With such services, we are able to build strong relationship with our clients. We are able to meet their expectations or even surpass on some circumstances. The agents are closely monitored from their attendance , daily and weekly performances, aside from training and coaching in overcoming the challenges they encounter on their calls.
