I awarded the bid I had for a powerpoint presentation to 2 different professionals. I was much more impressed with Chris's work and will us her again. I rated her timeliness very good only because we missed one deadline.. However it was a very tight deadline and a last min. job and she was trying to squeeze it in. I believe she might have been better off saying she could not meet it. But again I will use her again.
