My name is Moses Rivera. Started back in the call center business back in 2008. In the last 14 years of experience, I've worked with different types of calling campaigns. I've been a customer service agent for several companies like Ford Credit, Office Depot, MetLife Insurance, etc. Worked in Real Estate Lead Generation. Catching those hot leads and following up to make sure to get them on contract and ready for closing.

I grew up back in Los Angeles California and all my studies are local. Went to Los Angeles High School and took many courses back at Los Angeles City College. Always learning by taking courses in customer satisfaction/sales/appointment setting and lead generation. Lastly, I've worked for Blackstone Equity Pros - Commercial Real Estate/Spectrum Investments, LLC - Real Estate and have currently been working for Oak Point Funding for about 7 months. Used to own a Call Center Business but my partner and I decided to start doing our own thing. Self-motivated, not scared to take chances, and always going the extra mile to get the results the clients need. Always trying to have a genuine conversation with the person at the other end to identify the real need at that time in their life.
