I am a web development manager with a back-end development and business management background, I am responsible for leading web development operations at MADEO (an established Studio in New York), where I lead a team of highly skilled engineers scoped in front-end and back-end development.

I define development plans for projects, delegate responsibilities to my team members, facilitate collaboration between the development team and other teams (Design, Content Strategy). Additionally, I am responsible for the back and forth technical communications with clients.
