Work Terms

Scope of Work: Moukhliss Zakaria agrees to deliver detailed mechanical designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA, based on the client's specifications.Payment Terms: Payments are structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. Moukhliss Zakaria accepts bank transfers and major online payment platforms.Revisions: This agreement includes two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions are subject to fees determined by Moukhliss Zakaria, based on the complexity and additional time required.Confidentiality: Moukhliss Zakaria commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all project-related information unless prior written consent is provided by the client.Intellectual Property: All original designs created by Moukhliss Zakaria remain his property until full payment is made, after which the client obtains ownership.Cancellation Policy: If the project is canceled by the client, Moukhliss Zakaria will invoice for completed work up to the cancellation date.Dispute Resolution: Moukhliss Zakaria and the client agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration.
