My name is Moustafa, I am from Egypt and i have 31 years old.
I have been graduated from faculty of commerce. I have 7 years of experience in the customer service field, the first 3 years of them were in helping both of Arabic and American customers over the phone and through email support.
In 2017, I started to work remotely as a live chat service agent. After 6 month, i have promoted to be overseas Team Leader and my job description was help and support the new agents and teach them the company's policies and procedures.
