I am Moustafa Shawkey, a Structural Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in structural analysis and technical office work, which includes: concrete designing, Prepare the estimated project B.O.Q., preparing the project schedule, financial flow curve, shop drawings, and Determining project requirements. I began to occupy positions until I reached technical office manager of one of the largest contracting companies in Egypt. Then I moved to the academic career and I am currently an assistant lecturer and electron microscopy unit director at Beni-Suef University, specialized mainly in computational modelling of concrete structures. I have carried out part of my PhD studies at the University of Edinburgh, Uk, and the University of Jaen, Spain as I used artificial intelligence, Simulation technologies, and acoustic emission analyses in my study. Furthermore, my interest in developing my skills in Learning business management and administration has increased by participating in many reputable scientific conferences in the USA, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Ireland, and Egypt with oral and poster presentations. These conferences allowed me to recognize a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds. I also obtained a US license in engineering through passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam organized by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), USA.
