Quality transcription

I have nearly 20 years experience as a transcriptionist in the areas of legal, medical, academia, research, focus groups, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Over the course of time, I have transcribed medical records of varying difficulty. In the legal industry I have transcribed arbitrations, sworn statements, and interviews in both the civil and criminal venues.

In the general areas of transcription I have transcribed lectures, symposiums, interviews, study materials, recorded coaching sessions, sermons, focus groups covering a myriad of topics.

I adhere to all agreed upon turnaround times. I proofread all files before they leave my desk.

Work Terms

For files 30 minutes or less in length, I will provide 12-hour turnaround if they are received during business hours (8 am to 5 pm EST). For files 60 minutes or more I will provide 24-hour turnaround if they are received during business hours (8 am to 5 pm EST). Files in excess of 120 minutes will be negotiated on a file by file basis to accommodate workload of the transcriptionist and desired turnaround time of the client.
