I have been working in the ecommerce industry for the past 4 years. My first job was as an ecommerce assistant at a small online retailer (www.sejonline.com). I worked there for two years before moving on to a larger company where I became an ecommerce business development manager (zgspirit.com). I have been working as an ecommerce business manager for the past three years. In both positions, I have been responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s online presence. This includes overseeing online orders, customer care, logistics, website management, SMS marketing & promotion ads.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to work well with others. I am able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. I am also able to work well with vendors and suppliers. I am able to negotiate contracts that are beneficial to both parties while still meeting the needs of the company.
Another strength that I bring to the table is my ability to think outside of the box. I am able to come up with new ideas for products and services that will be attractive to customers. I am also able to find new ways to market existing products and services so that they reach a wider audience.
