About

For applications designed with you in mind

I've developing applications for 15 years for various OSs and platforms, using various SDKs and programming languages.

In the past 10 years I specialized in developing professional mobile applications for various OSs:

Symbian for 5 years
Windows Mobile for 1 year
Windows Phone for 1 year
Android for 5 years

I developed dozens of Android applications, and used different SDKs, as Samsung SDKs, Facebook SDKs, YouTube SDKs and others.

I got rewarded by different companies (As Vodafone, Nokia and Samsung) for my innovations and software development contributions.

I love nature, hiking, cats and space-time traveling movies.

My motto is: For applications designed with you in mind.

Work Terms

Each project has its own characteristics & behind scene required technical knowledge & so the price varies from one project to another.

For example:-

- An app that targets specific Android version(s) & specific model(s), differs from an app that supports a wide range of Android versions & devices models.

- An app that requires dealing with YouTube / Facebook / etc. SDKs differs from an app that doesn't.

- Will this app require future updates & follow-ups or just delivering a bug free version of the app & that's it.

Based on what briefly mentioned above (Amongst other factors), the price being paid for a project varies, and so [ The price gets decided for a whole project not based on work hours ]. Trust me, that's better for both the client & the developer.

Knowing that:-

- All outside required paid resources & services (Ex: Images, Icons, Audios, paid services accounts, etc.) are being provided by the client & not part of the agreed upon price for the project.

- All outside required resources (Mentioned above) are legally the responsibility of the client & owned by the client.

- Project source code ownership will be transferred to the client once the agreed upon price fully delivered to the developer.

- Once both the developer & the client come to an agreement about the project details, 50% of the agreed upon price must be wired to the developer upfront before starting the work on the project, another 30% of the price will be wired once the client receive an evidence (As demo video / restricted version of the app ) of the project completion, 20% of the price will be wired once the client is satisfied & the ownership of the source code will be transferred to the client.

Preferred way to communicate is via emails, it's crucial that the client to be very responsive & detailed when it comes to details, questions and responses.

In case of any confliction between the client and the developer - Hopefully no such thing would happen - Guru.com will be the judge.
