I currently work as an Operations Support/ Non-voice trainer for a Multinational Company that provides Business English Training. My job is to assist our clients concerning scheduling and canceling of lessons, opening trainers' availabilities, receiving calls and emails from learners, handling multiple tasks provided by trainers, trainer managers and learning consultants concerning technical
and customer-service related issues. Mostly, we use google sheets to update some information and Regular Skype to conduct test calls and lesson recording. I also have an experience in Online Teaching. I mainly teach Chinese students of all ages and abilities. I have assessed students language levels and abilities and tailored lessons to suit them online. I motivate them to build their confidence and language ability in order for them to join mainstream classes. I can say that I am flexible and comprehensive given the lists of experiences that I had. More than 10 years in a BPO industry was never easy. I dealt with things under pressure which taught me how to be more composed and tolerant. Handling simultaneous calls and daily targets were demanding, but rewarding. Customer Service roles polished my comprehension skills by dealing with multiple concerns over the phone, managing irate customers and handling AHT. Technical support job made me indulgent especially to those customers who need further assistance, educating them how to do basic troubleshooting and so on.
Work Terms
I can work in a flexible hours. Though I am currently employed, I can still manage to find some extra time to finish a tasks be it full- time or part-time.
