Hours of Operation:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT+1)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (GMT+1)
- Sunday: Closed


Payment Terms:

- Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or (Payment System)
- Payment schedule:
- 50% upfront for new clients
- Balance due upon completion of project
- Ongoing projects: monthly invoicing
- Late payment fee: 5% interest per week


Communication:

- Preferred communication channels:
- Email (response within 2 hours)
- Phone (during business hours)
- Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Skype)
- Response time:
- Email: 2 hours
- Phone: immediate (during business hours)
- Messaging platforms: 1 hour


Project Guidelines:

- Project initiation: client provides clear instructions and necessary materials
- Project timeline: agreed upon by both parties
- Revisions: 2 complimentary revisions; additional revisions billed at $10/revision


Scope of Work:

- Services provided: transcription, data entry, copywriting, translation (Hausa to English)
- File formats: MP3, WAV, MP4, AVI, MOV, DOC, PDF
- Turnaround time:
- Transcription: 24-48 hours
- Data entry: 24-48 hours
- Copywriting: 48-72 hours
- Translation: 48-72 hours


Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

- All client materials and information remain confidential
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) available upon request


Cancellation Policy:

- Client cancellation: 50% of total project cost (minimum $50)
- Freelancer cancellation: full refund to client


Dispute Resolution:

- Negotiation and mediation
- Dispute Resolution Center
