She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in two majors (Psychology and Philosophy) in May 2001 from Hofstra University, New York with departmental honors in Psychology. She received her Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the concentrated field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology in May 2003 also from Hofstra University.
Mubeena has facilitated Organisation Change Management and provided consultation to high-profile global organisations such as Philips, Kraft Foods, Nakheel, and the Abu Dhabi Government since 2003. She enables organisations to make better informed decisions about managing their human capital. Her specialty is to design unique company-specific HR systems such as employee engagement surveys, performance measures, competency models, and team efficiency studies. Her sporting interests include swimming, salsa, and received her 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate in 2010. She is an avid reader and writer and produces oil and acrylic paintings. She hopes to exhibit her artwork in the region, and write novels based on her philosophical interests.
Work Terms
I work from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dubai time. I prefer being in daily contact through Whatsapp with official communication on email. I require regular meetings at the client's convenience on Skype to manage expectations and deliver quality. I require a 25% upfront payment fee for me to start your project and full payment within 3 days of submitting final deliverables. Your payment options are: 1. Per diem if less than 30 days 2. Per project fixed sum if more than 30 days
