Work Terms
Platform Communication:
All communication regarding the project will take place within the Guru platform. This ensures a centralized and organized communication channel.
Availability:
My typical working hours are 14, and I am available 8 Days of week. Emergency support or additional communication outside of these hours may be subject to prior agreement and additional charges.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work is defined in the project agreement. Any changes or additions to the scope will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties through the Guru platform.
Technical Requirements:
For IT support services, ensure that necessary access credentials and permissions are provided promptly. For social media advertising, access to relevant accounts and ad platforms is required.
Timeline:
The project timeline is outlined in the project agreement or proposal. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly through Guru's messaging system.
Revisions and Changes:
Reasonable revisions are included in the scope of work. Significant changes or additions may be subject to additional charges, to be discussed and agreed upon through the Guru platform.
Confidentiality:
All client data and information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with Guru's policies and terms of service.

In the event of any issues or concerns, both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve the matter amicably through Guru's dispute resolution process.
