I hold experience in working as customer relationship manager in Faysal Bank in Pakistan. This job required customer acquistion where we educate customers about different services we offer so they can choose the best tailored to their needs. Further we used deal with different inquiries and issues faced by customers to give them best banking services. This job helped me develop my customer service and communication skills. I used to open bank accounts on SIEBEL software hence have an idea about how it works.
I used to work as export Marketing Assistant in textile group based in Multan Pakistan. The job involved generating sales contract for the customers based abroad and dealing with different export related queries. The job also involved compelling shipment documents and ensuring smooth supply chain operations to timely deliver products to the customers. Here I got experience working on ORACLE (ERP) where I used to generate contracts hence got some idea about how ERP software operate. I developed Time Management and Team working skills in this position.
