Work Terms

At Devisofts, we prioritize transparency, quality, and timely delivery. Below are our work terms for projects on Guru.com:

1. Communication
Preferred Channels: Guru messaging
Response Time: Within 12–24 hours during business days.

2. Availability
Weekend Availability: Available for urgent tasks upon prior discussion.

3. Payment Terms
Milestone-Based Payments: Payments are divided into mutually agreed milestones.
Method: Secure payments through Guru’s SafePay system.
Terms: Work begins upon funding of the first milestone in SafePay.

4. Turnaround Time
Deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of the project.
Timely client feedback is crucial to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Deliverables
Final files will be provided in formats such as AI, PSD, PNG, PDF, or others as required.
Ownership of the deliverables is transferred upon full payment.

6. Revisions
Included Revisions: Up to 2–3 revisions are included per milestone.
Additional Revisions: Extra revisions will incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality
All project details and client information will remain confidential.
We are open to signing an NDA if required.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Projects can be canceled by either party with prior notice.
Refunds will be processed based on the work completed and approved milestones.

9. Additional Work
Any tasks beyond the agreed scope will require a new agreement or milestone.

10. Commitment to Quality
