Mechanical Design Engineer. o Conceptual design o Design calculations o Coordination with all the stakeholders o CAD Modeling all the possible options o Synthesis of mechanisms with kinematic and dynamic analysis o Presenting all options with comparison of merits/demerits o Animation preparation for better understanding of costumer o Mechanical Structural components design (e.g. beams, columns, trusses o Machine component design (gears, pulleys, shafts, power screws etc.) o Verification of all design assumptions with commercial FEA tools o Weld joints design o Supervision of drafting team o Drawing generation and review o Final production drawings with all GDT parameters Vehicle Dynamics Modeling and Analysis o Thorough understanding of vehicle suspension and traction systems o Modeling in Simulink o Mathematical modeling of vehicle traction and suspension system o Vehicle dynamics modeling using TruckSim, CarSim. o Understanding of vehicle driving simulator and motion platforms.
