Export Documentation:
• Preparing and maintaining all export-related documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, export declaration, and certificate of origin
• Ensuring that all export documentation meets regulatory and legal requirements of both the exporting and importing countries
• Coordinating with shipping companies, customs agents, and other stakeholders involved in the export process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Account Work:
• Maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cashflow statements
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as tax laws and international financial reporting standards
