Chemical Engineer

I have been working as Chemical Engineer in Southern Pipe Industries Sdn Bhd Malaysia (Pipe Manufacturing Company) for 1 year (June 2015- August 2016) & Production Engineer in Techcential Sdn Bhd. Malaysia for 1 year (August 2016- Now). Through my working experience, I have an expertise in analyzing data to find ideal proportion of chemicals needed in a process. For an example, in my previous working project, I had study to determine the ideal proportions for flux solution (Zinc Chloride,ZnCl4 + Ammonium Chloride,NH4Cl) to reduce zinc dross and zinc ash formation so the output production can be improved optimally. I also have experience in Lab Research for pharmaceutical purpose (Sciencedirect Link: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0169433216302458). I can also work in Data Entry & work mostly with Microsoft. Furthermore, I can manage the production planning to ensure the production target and quality are meet the requirement. I also expertise in calculate & study labor time & cost needed for production & research ways to minimize the labor time & cost spent in production. Moreover, I can create Bill of Material (BOM) for each Manufacturing Purchasing Order (MPO). Also I can analyze overall production workers salary,working hours & output for your company production/other department.
