Payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.
For larger projects, I recommend milestone-based payments tied to specific deliverables.
All client information and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.
Project Termination:
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
If the project is terminated early, payment will be made for the work completed up to the termination date.
Additional Services:
Any additional work or services outside the original project scope will be discussed and billed separately.
Dispute Resolution:
