About

Fast, Reliable Data Entry – So You Can Focus on What Matters.

As a final-year student, I knew grades alone wouldn’t prepare me for the working world. I needed real skills—and fast. That’s when I discovered freelancing.

It started with a simple $30 gig: organizing a local retailer’s messy inventory spreadsheet. I thought it would be easy, but reality hit hard. Inconsistent entries, missing dates, and duplicate rows—none of this was covered in my coursework. I spent nights Googling solutions, teaching myself VLOOKUP and data validation just to deliver quality work. When the client praised my efforts, it clicked: real-world problems required real-time learning.

Emboldened, I took on more challenging projects. A startup needed sales trends visualized. I’d never used PivotTables before, but I dove into tutorials and delivered. The client’s satisfaction led to repeat work. Each project pushed me further: I automated data cleaning with Power Query, improved reports with conditional formatting, and even picked up basic SQL for a database task.

Financially, freelancing was a lifeline. It paid for textbooks, rent, and even let me save. But the true value was in the lessons I couldn’t learn in class:

Deadlines taught me accountability—clients didn’t care about my exam schedule.

Harsh feedback thickened my skin—one early review forced me to triple-check everything.

Specialization found me—after a dozen projects, I became the "financial data" guy, commanding better rates.

By graduation, my portfolio spoke for me: 50+ refined spreadsheets, 12 dashboards, clients across three time zones. In job interviews, I didn’t just answer questions—I shared war stories. When I landed my first analyst role, the hiring manager said, "Your freelance work shows you’re already proven."

Freelancing didn’t just fund my education—it transformed me from a student into a professional. I walked into my career not as a rookie, but as someone who’d already battled real-world challenges and won.

Work Terms

I provide professional data entry and spreadsheet services including data cleaning, organization, basic-to-intermediate Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.), formatting, error-checking, report generation, and file conversions. My standard rates are $10 per hour or fixed-price quotes based on project complexity, with payment accepted via PayPal, bank transfer. Typical turnaround is 1-3 business days (rush jobs available for +30% fee), including 1-2 revision rounds. For smooth project flow, I ask clients to provide clear instructions/sample files and respond to queries within 24 hours. All client data remains confidential and is deleted post-project unless otherwise requested. I stand by my work with free corrections for any errors on my part, though scope changes may incur additional charges. Communication is primarily through platform messaging with milestone updates for larger projects. By working with me, you agree to these terms designed to ensure quality results and a positive experience for both parties. I'm happy to discuss any specific needs or adjustments for your project.
