Work Terms

Hello,

I'm available for full-time work, 40 hours per week (UTC+05:30), and I can be flexible with all time zones.

My payment terms are designed to provide security and peace of mind for my clients. I don't require any upfront payments, and I work through the Guru.com safe pay (escrow) model. I get paid upon milestone delivery and acceptance.

Depending on the project scope, I can work on both 'Fixed Scope, Fixed Cost Project' or 'Hourly Engagement.' My rates are determined based on mutual agreements with my clients.

Communication is key to successful projects, and I make sure to keep my clients in the loop through email, direct US fixed line, Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, and other channels as needed.

I understand that every project is unique, and I work closely with my clients to set milestones and deliverables that meet their specific needs. I'm open to fair negotiation and am willing to sign a standard NDA upon request. Additionally, I provide 30 days of free technical support after delivery to ensure a smooth transition.
