I am an experienced lawyer who has negotiated hundreds of contracts and helped individuals resolve a variety of disputes. I will work quickly to resolve your issue, respond promptly to your communications, and explain the law using plain language. My practice is focused on such issues as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts; writing and implementing corporate policies and procedures; creating Website disclosures; and performing legal research. I have additional expertise and skill doing business overseas, compliance, companies’ formation, and internet law.

I have received Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Pakistan and Master of Laws (LL.M: International Commercial Law) degree from UK. I am admitted in good standing in Sindh Bar Counsel (Pakistan), with more than 10 years of quality experience.

Work Terms

I am flexible to go but would love to take 50% at the time of work commencement and remaining 50% after completion. I prefer communicating on skype or email. I spend full time on freelancer as it is my full time job.
