Work Terms

Availability:

I am available for projects Monday to Saturd, from 9 AM to 6 PM (your time zone).
I am flexible with my working hours to accommodate clients from different time zones.

Communication:

I prefer communication through Guru's messaging system for project discussions and updates.
I am also available via email and Zoom for detailed discussions and regular check-ins.
Response time: I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days.

Payment Terms:

Payment methods: SafePay Escrow on Guru.
Payment schedule: For projects under $500, I require full payment upon project completion. For projects over $500, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Hourly projects: Invoices will be sent weekly based on the agreed-upon hourly rate.

Project Milestones:

Clear milestones and deliverables will be established at the beginning of the project.
Each milestone will include specific deliverables and due dates.
Payment will be requested upon the successful completion of each milestone.

Revisions and Feedback:

I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable to ensure your satisfaction.
Additional revisions beyond the initial rounds may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Confidentiality:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
