MANAGER FINANCE – JULY-2016 TO DATE
- Supervision and monitoring of overall accounting and finance functions including posting of transactions into accounting system, bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable & effective treasury management through strict monitoring of cash flows and coordination with customers & suppliers.
- Preparation of Monthly financial pack for onwards submission to the trustees of the foundation.
- Preparation of the Master Budget of the Aman Foundation and revisions accordingly.
- Preparation of project wise monthly financial statements and variance report.
- Lead the financial forecasting process to produce relevant, accurate, and timely financial forecasts in collaboration with management.
- Managing Monthly closing procedures, schedules, preparation of monthly accounts & management reports as required by the management.
- Monitors & Controls Annual & monthly Budget including Expenses / Revenues & Monthly / Quarterly Variances.
- Coordinate with actuary for actuarial valuation of gratuity scheme of the Aman group.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate the external/ internal and donor audit, execution of action plans based on both external and internal audits recommendations.
- Provide support to various BUs such as preparation of presentations, financial models, financial analysis, business plans and valuation reports
- Preparation of feasibility studies or business plans for new business initiatives or donor funded programs, participate in the financial analysis, costing structure and other financial valuations matters for new venture.
- Management of finance staff & subordinate / succession development.
