Work Terms
1. Communication:
I am available for communication via Guru, email, or messaging platforms.
Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.
2. Project Scope and Revisions:
The project scope will be clearly defined at the beginning. Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will require a separate discussion and may incur additional costs.
I offer up to three (3) free revisions per project. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
3. Payment Terms:
Payments will be structured as per Guru's SafePay system to ensure security and mutual trust.
Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects. Full payment is required upon project completion for smaller tasks.
Work will commence once the initial milestone or upfront payment is received.
4. Turnaround Time:
Turnaround times will vary depending on project complexity. Specific deadlines will be communicated and agreed upon before starting.
I strive to meet all deadlines; however, any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
5. Deliverables and Ownership:
Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., PNG, PSD, AI, WordPress files).
Ownership of the final design or project will transfer to the client upon full payment.
6. Confidentiality:
All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
I am willing to sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) if required.
7. Client Responsibilities:
The client must provide clear instructions, necessary materials, and timely feedback.
Delays in feedback or incomplete information may affect project timelines.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Either party can cancel the project at any stage. Payment will be required for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be discussed based on the progress of the project.
