Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Our regular hours of operation are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to reach us outside of these hours. In such cases, please send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment Terms:
Our payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments by credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges, and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Preferred Communication Style:
We prefer to communicate with our clients via email, as it allows us to keep a record of all our interactions. However, we are also available for phone or video calls, if necessary. We strive to respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours.
