Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (local time). I am flexible with these hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent project needs. Weekend work can be arranged if necessary, but it will need to be discussed in advance.
Payment Terms:
Hourly Projects: Payments will be made weekly based on the hours worked, tracked via Upwork’s time tracking system.
Fixed-Price Projects: Payments will be structured according to project milestones, with each milestone payment due upon completion and approval of the respective deliverable.
Payment Methods: All payments should be made through Upwork’s payment system to ensure security and transparency.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication: Upwork's messaging platform is preferred for detailed and formal communication, such as sharing project specifications, updates, and documentation.
Quick Updates: For quick updates and real-time discussions, I am available on instant messaging apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Meetings: Regular progress meetings can be scheduled via video calls on platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, based on client preferences.
