Work Terms

Work Terms & Conditions – AutoCAD Services

i-Scope of Work:
Services include 2D drafting, 3D modeling, structural drawings, and design modifications as per the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

ii-Project Deliverables:
All drawings will be provided in DWG, PDF, or other requested formats as per client requirements.
Final files will be delivered after full payment is received.

iii-Turnaround Time:
Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Any delays caused by incomplete information or client revisions may extend the deadline.

iv-Revisions & Modifications:
Up to 1 free revisions are included in the project. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
Major design changes after approval may incur extra costs.

v-Payment Terms:
A 40% advance payment is required before project initiation.
Remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
Payments can be made via [Your Preferred Payment Methods].

vi-Confidentiality & Ownership:
All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
Ownership of final designs is transferred to the client after full payment.
I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio.

vii-Communication & Support:
All communication will be done via WhatsApp, or preferred channels for clarity.
Support will be available during from Monday to Sunday at 5pm-10pm Standard Pakistan Time.

viii-Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If the project is canceled before work begins, a 95% refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided once the work has started or is completed.

ix-Software & Standards:
All drawings will be created using AutoCAD 2024, following industry standards.
Specific client standards (if any) must be provided before starting.
