Born and raised in Purulia town, I was always fascinated by the way things worked. From a young age, I exhibited a keen interest in machines and tools, often taking apart household gadgets just to understand their mechanisms. This curiosity naturally led me to pursue a career in Mechanical Engineering, a field that perfectly combined his love for mathematics, physics, and hands-on work.

My academic journey began at Lagda high school. The high school years were marked by a series of academic achievements, particularly in subjects like Physics & life science & arts subject also, which laid the foundation for his future studies. He was particularly inspired by [MR. Subhendu pandey], who encouraged him to pursue engineering as a career.

In [2012], I enrolled at [WBSCTE] to study Mechanical Engineering. This time at university was transformative, as I was not only honed technical skills but also developed a deep understanding of engineering principles. My coursework included subjects like Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Materials Science, each of which broadened his knowledge and prepared him for the challenges of the engineering world.I am Mukesh Pandey, a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with a strong academic foundation, having completed 3 years of mechanical engineering. I have gained 4 years of valuable experience in the technical teaching field, where I developed a passion for imparting knowledge and honing practical skills. My experience in education has equipped me with strong communication abilities, a deep understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Currently, I am transitioning into the dynamic field of Digital Marketing. With my background in engineering and technical education, I bring a unique perspective to the digital marketing landscape. Work Terms

My standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time zone), Monday through Friday. During these hours, I am fully available to work on SEO tasks, communicate with clients, and address any questions or concerns.
While I maintain regular working hours, I understand that SEO needs can arise outside of these times. For urgent matters, I am available for after-hours consultations, which can be scheduled in advance.


2. Payment Terms

I offer flexible pricing models to accommodate different project needs and client preferences.

Hourly Rate: For clients who prefer flexibility, I charge an hourly rate of $5. This model is ideal for ongoing consultations, smaller projects, or tasks that vary in scope.
Project-Based Pricing: For clearly defined projects, I provide a fixed-price quote based on the project’s scope and complexity. This includes deliverables such as SEO audits, keyword strategies, and content optimization plans.
Payments not received within the agreed timeframe will be subject to a late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount per week of delay. I will send a reminder after 5 days of the due date, and if payment is not received after 10 days, services may be paused until the balance is settled.

Refund Policy
Given the nature of SEO work, which involves time, effort, and expertise, I generally do not offer refunds for work already completed. However, if a project is canceled before completion, I will refund any unutilized portion of the project fee, minus any costs incurred. For retainers, refunds are typically not provided, but I am open to discussing credit for future work under special circumstances.
