? Preparing and submitting client’s bill (RA) as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ) / work order.
? Preparing of Reconciliation for building materials and PRW and Sub-contractor’s bills against Ra bill
? Preparation of BOQ As per Requirement of site Conditions
? Escalations for Building materials and Labour Also
? Preparation of PRW and sub-contractor’s bill, checking and certified quantity as per drawing
? Preparing of bar bending schedule (BBS) as per the design requirement.
? Preparation of daily & monthly progress reports and updating to the Project Manager.
? preparation of rate analysis of extra items of work preparation of variation orders calculation of escalation
? preparation of monthly, quarterly & annually progress report
? Maintaining proper documentation of contract records in the office.
? Quantity takes off from the design drawing and comparative study with the BOQ for tender submission
