Work Terms

Communication: I commit to keeping open and regular communication with my clients throughout the project. I will respond promptly to any inquiries or requests for updates.

Deadlines: I understand the importance of deadlines and will make every effort to deliver work on time. If for any reason I am unable to meet a deadline, I will inform the client in advance and work with them to come up with a new timeline.

Quality: I take pride in the quality of my work and will ensure that it meets or exceeds the client's expectations. I will revise the work as necessary to ensure the client is satisfied with the final product.

Confidentiality: I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and will respect the client's privacy and proprietary information.

Payment: I require a deposit upfront before starting any project, with the remainder of the payment due upon completion. I will work with the client to determine a fair and reasonable fee for the work, based on the scope and complexity of the project.

Revisions: I offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure the client is satisfied with the final product. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur an additional fee.

Ownership: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, all ownership and rights to the work will transfer to the client.

Cancellation: In the event of a project cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be delivered to the client and payment for that work will be due.
