Leveraging a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I have actively pursued a successful career in Information Technology for over 8 years. My diverse experience encompasses various IT domains, including 8 years as an IT Support Specialist (resolved over 1,000 user tickets), 5 years utilizing AutoCAD for design projects, 3 years developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), 3 years as a Computer Networking Instructor, and 2 years in cybersecurity.
My engineering background allows me to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and troubleshoot IT challenges efficiently. Extensive experience in various IT areas has further honed my problem-solving and analytical skills.
In addition to my core IT experience, I have actively expanded my knowledge by participating in various AI-driven training programs while working with Premise Data, Toloka Yandex, Apen, Clickworker etc. This includes gaining hands-on experience with data collection, data annotation, search engine, web search, and image annotation techniques essential for developing and deploying machine learning models.
