Work Terms

-I provide 3D visualizations, mood boards, space planning, material selection, and concept development.
-The process starts with an initial consultation to understand your vision, followed by concept creation and refinement based on feedback.
-All design deliverables will be provided in high-quality formats for easy execution.
-I am available for discussions via WhatsApp as per project requirements.
-Regular updates and progress reviews will be shared to ensure alignment with your expectations.
-Typical response time: Within 24 hours on business days.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 6:00pm
Time zone - IST(Indian Standard Time)
PAYMENT TERMS
Milestone-Based Payments (Recommended for Larger Projects)
30% upfront – To secure the project and start the design process.
40% after initial concept & 3D draft – Once the first design proposal is shared.
30% before final delivery – After revisions are completed, and final files are ready for handover.
Option 2: 50-50 Payment (For Medium-Sized Projects)
50% upfront – To begin the design work.
50% upon final delivery – Before sending the complete files.
Option 3: Full Payment in Advance (For Small or Quick Projects)
100% payment before starting the project.
Late Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
Delayed payments beyond days may result in project postponement.
If the client cancels the project midway, the advance payment will be retained to cover the work done.
