I am a Diploma holder in Community Development and Social Work.I have also been trained on Transcription from Adept Technologies Company in August 2020 and as a Business Developer from Yusudi Limited from January 2020 to February 2020. I have 1 year working experience where I have worked as an attachee, volunteer, Customer Service and at a Call Centre.

As an attachee I worked at Kenyatta National Hospital, I was a volunteer at Children's Garden Home and School. At Kentucky Fried Chicken I worked in the customer service team. Later I worked as a Call Centre agent at Apex Collection Africa. Skills that enable me to deliver work are: Communication skills, Listening skills, highly organised, pitching, cold calls, typing speed and time management skills.I am conversant with computer softwares such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel.

The attribute that makes me stand out from the rest is the fact that I am a fast learner, highly organised and if asked to call in for work since a colleague is unable to I would do it.
