? Material issue to based indent & stock reduce to system.
? Every Materials Update to Bin cards.
? Monthly once stock taking & update to value.
? Materials ABC analysis based purchase & issue.
? Store Stock, General Reports & Audit reports submitted.

Inventory Area
? Material Requirements analysis based production.
? Raw Materials stock held to satisfy future demand.
? Materials cost analysis and take decision on proper timing.
? Raw Materials Up to date updated to system entry.
? Every material should be maintained to lot method.
? Every Month End Stock taking and update the qty & value.
? Inventory Reports, General Reports, and Audit Requirement fulfill.

Purchase Area
? Checking of requisitions or purchase indents.
? Selection of suppliers for issue to enquires.
? Analyzing quotations and preparation of comparative statement.
? Consultation with the indenters for selection and approval of quotations and with pre audit to accounts dept.
? Checking Legal Conditions of Negotiating contracts.
? Issue to Purchase Orders & Follow up of purchase orders for delivery in due time.
? Verification and passing of suppliers bill to see that payments are made promptly.
? Correspondence and dealing with suppliers & carriers regarding shortage, Rejection reported by Stores.
? Maintenance of Purchase Records, vendor performance record / data.
? Arrangement for insurance surveys, as and when necessary.
? Clearance of foreign consignments
? Development of reliable and alternate sources of supply.

? Create the New Customer and increase to sales.
? Day to day complete the target with cash and carry.
? Handled Sales Transactions & Service.
? Marketing target full fill.
? Day to day Creditors list update
? Marketing Reports Prepared based on HOD Requirement.
