Located in Orange County, primarily inspired by the distinctive historical significance of Southern California, the area’s natural beauty, and energetic artistic life, MWD has developed a characteristic design style that draws on and revitalizes classic Californian residential designs.

Working with environmentally conscientious materials, clean elegant forms, and richly diverse textures, we produce warm, contemporary interiors that are stylish, astonishing, and timeless.

MWD provides comprehensive design services for a wide range of clientele from locations such as Texas, New York, Las Vegas, California, Florida, Colorado, Dubai and Lebanon which has afforded MWD a very reputable clientele. MWD designs have encompassed basic to high end residential projects as well as commercial buildings, general offices, medical offices, laboratory, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., Space planning, Floor plans, Elevations and 3-D conceptual renderings.

MWD uses a combination of numerous disciplines, perspectives, and expertise to develop conceptual designs for our clients and their particular designs. Through attentive scrutiny and creative thinking, these concepts bring forth the vision, identifies the means, and develops designs that lead to exciting, successful projects.

Working individually with each client to determine their needs, MWD pulls together interrelated design elements and arrives at strategies to direct accurate development, and craft a grand design. Rest assured we’ll work with you to maintain your budgetary constrains while ensuring the integrity of the design, all the while maintaining affordability.

Work Terms

Current fees are based on a typical industry per hour rate. An established minimum retainer is required per project once a contract between the client and designer has been signed. We are also delighted in working with clients on a fixed budget.

The contract will define the scope of design services to be performed, terms and conditions.
