Work Terms

1. Hourly Rate: As agreed upon.


2. Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility for both part-time or full-time availability depending on workload.


3. Payment Terms: Weekly or bi-weekly payments, depending on company policy, with invoices submitted by the end of each week (Friday).


4. Performance Review: A performance and rate review after 90 days to evaluate contributions and potentially adjust compensation based on impact and responsibilities.


5. Work Hours Flexibility: Flexible working hours with a preference for core overlap (e.g., 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) to accommodate team collaboration, if applicable.


6. Professional Development: Access to resources or occasional training relevant to the role, with approval, to enhance productivity and skill development.


7. Overtime: Overtime work will be compensated at an adjusted rate, if applicable, and must be pre-approved.


8. Remote Work: Availability to work remotely, with occasional in-office presence if required.
