Customer satisfaction focused IT service representative
wow, I started my professional career in customer service, and worked for a company that was obsessed with it, as a result so too became I. Mastered it and branched off into IT or ISP customer support from mobile. Technical support walk through with customers wanting help was a breeze compared to the start, Where initially disgruntled warranty mobile phone customers could be quite a handful. Years later I launched my own company BTG (Bridging the Gap) Entiprizes "Cause you win with us" or me rather. This venture serviced residential customers & small to medium businesses with a quality of scalable service that bridged the gap of corprorate & home solutions using wisdom learned from both. Add to that It Consultancy, Hardware & Software sourcing & purchasing & you had a mobile It department that could outsource greater needs like website building & programming & coding if needed. This was a short lived supplemental venture as recruitment by a client to his start up Keystone Asset Management "A name suggestion of mine he accepted & tweaked his keystone real estate moniker". That & other corporate ventures namely Digicel along with migrated customers layed to rest the BTG as a main focus & goal, leading to where I am now. On the web doing work at home tech support or customer support trying to build an online presence and earn sustainable income.
