PM with app development and organizational management background

Hi there, I'm Miko.
Currently live in Warsaw, Poland.

I'm in the IT business for 3 years now.
Started out as a humble PM assistant/tech writer for ERP/CRM product.
It was right after a year of an army service (served on an administrative position) and 3 years of work as a night-shift internet cafe administrator. So yeap, I do know something about harsh administration =)
Proceeded as a sole PM leading 3 mobile development projects simultaneously in an outsourcing company. All projects were for both Android and iOS and, sure thing, required design and backend, as well. Therefore managing a polarized team of 15 people and negotiating to push forward against all the ods - is my thing. BTW, all the client communication was on me as well.

The last position was an organizational PM within the international (USA, EU, Ukraine) corporate team. Establishing a subsidiary company in Ukraine for HR support purposes.
Managing project dedicated to the support team transition to Salesforce product and products integration effort within the department of 800 people.
And was leading customer technical support team of 5 people. With all of the reporting and managerial implications.

Work Terms

I operate within CET timezone.
Generally, happy to work around 6-8 hours. If conditions require a slight change from my side - I'd be a pleasure to further negotiate.
