I am a goal oriented person.
I have been in the BPO industry for over 6 years now as a customer service representative. I am patient and has a very friendly tone of voice and at the same time being professional. Part of our job was sending emails to our corporate office to make sure our customers are getting an excellent customer service experience.
I also work as a Quality Analyst on my previous job, our role is to make sure that the agents are giving excellent service, polite to customers, taking ownership and at the same time following company rules.
Work Terms
I can work more than 30 hrs/week with less supervision. Very dedicated person and wants the job to be finished before the due date. Means of communication can be email or skype.
