Work Terms
I work remotely, prefer messaging communication, normal working hours are from 8am - 6pm EST,
I am available for video meetings..
When working on an hourly contract I prefer payment every two weeks, on fixed bid contracts I like to invoice on sprint deliveries, with payment due on invoice. Sprints are usually time boxed as 80 hours in a 3 week calendar window.
