I left the corporate world and tried my luck to explore the world of freelancing. Currently, I'm a work-from-home mom. I have been a Customer Service and Sales Representative for more than 3 years in total from 3 Corporate Companies based in the Philippines. With my previous work experiences, I was able to enhance my communication skills, able to multi-task, been flexible not just with work schedule but also with different types of customers, working environments, and management. I am a self-motivated person, always have a positive outlook so I don’t get discouraged easily. I always prefer to have a long-term work relationship and am looking forward to providing quality service to my client/company to somehow contribute to their success.
Work Terms
I can provide 4 to 5 hours of my time daily and I prefer to have a weekly salary but can be negotiated. When it comes to communication with my client, I prefer to have video calls for meetings to express well my thoughts but a chat will do most especially if that's in between work hours and for casual talks or incase of providing brief instructions or reminders.
