Bringing Talent and Companies Together: Your Freelance HR Recruiter

Hi, I'm Alekhya, a certified HR Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist. I handle screening, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection for companies, whether they are reputed firms or startups. Recently, I successfully completed four recruitment projects as a freelance HR Recruiter for companies like Virtual Robins, Rablik, Norisys, and Mapnect.

Work Terms

I accept project-based payments, which will be on a weekly or commission basis. Once payment is made and the candidate is onboarded, my job is considered complete, and refunds will not be issued. I typically work 4-5 hours per day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. However, I can work on weekends if necessary, but I will charge extra for those hours. Communication will primarily be conducted through this platform or WhatsApp.
