Supporting ordinary people to bring about extraordinary changes.
I am Nicole A. Johnson, a non-profit professional with twenty years of experience in executive leadership, program development, group facilitation and resource development. My work has introduced me to reform strategies in education, social welfare, public health and community development. My personal mission is to change the odds faced by children, youth and families living in vulnerable neighborhoods by providing quality consultation to the individuals, informal groups and organizations serving these communities.
In the spirit of civil rights organizer Ella Baker, I believe that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when given the tools and resources to organize themselves. I can support change makers to imagine, sustain and invest in something great. Services provided include: Meeting Planning and Facilitation; Grant and Report Writing; Organizational Development; Program Design; Financial Forecasting; and Foundation Advising.
My professional experience is built upon a foundation of academic study. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
